Nano carbon film is one of the nicest looking films with charcoal and black colors. It rejects more than 40% of the solar energy. It is a durable non metalized film and friendly with electronic signals.
Nano Carbon Window Tint is an advanced automotive and architectural window film that uses nano-scale carbon particle technology to deliver excellent heat rejection, UV protection, and long-lasting color stability.
Compared with traditional dyed films, nano carbon tint provides better durability, stronger heat control, and no fading or purple discoloration over time. It is also metal-free, meaning it will not interfere with GPS, mobile signals, or electronic devices.
This makes it a popular choice for car owners, commercial buildings, residential windows, and energy-saving glass applications.

Nano carbon window tint is made using microscopic carbon particles embedded into a polyester film layer. These particles are engineered at nano scale to improve heat absorption and light control performance.
Key characteristics:
Nano-scale carbon particles for heat absorption
Non-metal construction (signal-friendly)
Deep black or neutral charcoal appearance
Long-lasting color stability
High UV and IR blocking capability
It is widely considered a mid-to-premium grade tint solution between dyed film and ceramic film.

How much solar and UV protection will window film provide?
ZEO Films solar protection films can effectively block 99% of harmful UV rays (near infrared) and reject up to 82% of solar heat gain (far infrared, felt as heat but not visible) depending upon the specific film chosen. ZEO Films also reduces glare rays from windows by up to 95%. Find our products specification to know more.
What would be sun protection factor (SPF) be for window film?
Film that allows 1% UV transmission would have an SPF of 100 at 1.5% UV transmission, the SPF would be approximately 66.66 and with a UV transmission of 2%, the SPF would be 50 (Calculation must include full range of UVA and UVB radiation 290-400 nanometers*IWFA education guide). Sun protection factor numbers are officially determined according to established testing protocols. No claims can be made about actual SPF numbers without having these tests performed by a qualified laboratory..
How is the film applied on glass?
Window films have adhesive on one side that is covered with liner. Removing the liner exposes the adhesive, which can be activated by spraying a soap solution on it. It is then affixed on the inside of the glass and the excess water squeezed out with the help of a squeegee.
How long does it take to install on a car?
An experienced professional window film technician will usually take anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours to tint a vehicle.
Is automotive window film installed on the interior or exterior of the glass?
Is automotive window film installed on the interior or exterior of the glass?
Can I install window film by myself?
Professional installation requires skill and experience as well as a closed clean environment to avoid dust and other impurities. The techniques and proper tools for installation are not found easily in supermarket or other public stores. So strongly advise to tint your car by well trained installers at professional tint shop.
How long will the window film last?
In general, most window films are replaced not because they stop working, but because of surface damage. ZEO Films’ tough scratch resistant hard coating helps to protect the film from day-to-day wear and tear. However, the life of the film will be extended with careful cleaning, using mild soap and water and a soft cloth.
